And even better, the giveaway is International!!  You do NOT want to miss this one, trust me!  So enough of me rambling on, without further delay, here is Gabrielle and her men!!

*******

Gabrielle:  Hi Liz, and thanks for having me here today to interview two of the main characters from my first two books in the Sons of Navarus series.  I want to welcome Vasilije from Blood Avenged and Saint from Blood Betrayed.

VasilijeThanks, pet.  You know, I love doing these kinds of things with you.  Do you remember the one where the women all left those comments about where they could find me?  You have the most delicious friends, love.

Saint (turning with disgust toward Vasilije):  God, you're obnoxious.  Gabrielle, it's nice to see you again.

Vasilije (turning his face toward Saint):  Gabrielle knows how I am.  You're just a stick in the mud.

Gabrielle:  Vasilije, please.  Saint isn't a stick in the mud.  He's just not as...well, he's just more a gentleman than you are.

Vasilije:  Stick.

Saint:  Thanks, Gabrielle.  Perhaps the Romanian should learn some manners. You'd think for how old he is that he would have picked some up along the way by now.

Gabrielle:  (winking at Saint):  Okay, enough.  You two promised you'd be nice while we're here.

Saint:  We did.  So what can I do for you today, Gabrielle?

Gabrielle (turning toward Vasilije and smiling):  See?  I told you we'd have fun.  Saint, why don't you give us some info on who you are, and then Vasilije, you can let everyone know whatever you want about yourself.

Saint:  I'm called Saint, but my real name is Declan.  I was made vampire during a battle of the First World War in France.  My brother, Teagan, is one of Vasilije's vampires. And I'm one of the eight Sons of Navarus.

Gabrielle:  So you and Vasilije are sort of like brothers-in-law?  Or would it be like cousins?

Saint:  I wouldn't go that far.  Let's say we know each other for a long time.

Vasilije:  Not going to mention anything about the criminal past, Saint?

Saint (smiling):  No.  If Gabrielle wants me to talk about that, she'll ask.

Gabrielle:  And Vasilije, for anyone who hasn't read Blood Avenged yet, why don't you let them know a little about you?

Vasilije:  My pleasure, pet.  I'm the son of a Romanian prince and a vampire since the late 1500s.  I have many vampires I've sired, and they're all very loyal to me. And I'm one of the Sons of Navarus too.

(Saint silently glares at Vasilije.)

Gabrielle:  Saint, you're obviously in very good shape.  I think most people think vampires are sickly looking creatures.

Saint:  You mean like the Romanian here?  I hope people understand that look is his choice, not a requirement of being a vampire.  I take care of myself.

Gabrielle:  Vasilije, before you say it, I will.  Saint, he doesn't look sickly.  He's just not built like the brick outhouse you are.

Vasilije:  Thanks, pet, but Saint here can keep all those bulging muscles.  Have you ever seen what he has to do to look like this?  I saw him work out one time and nearly threw up.  It's the mark of a man who doesn't know where to spend his energy.

SaintWhere should I spend it?

Vasilije:  On women, of course.  Why exercise when there are women to seduce?

SaintAren't you with Sasa, now?  Hasn't that effectively put an end to your seducing?

Gabrielle:  Vasilije, you seem suddenly silent.  Something wrong?

Vasilije:  No, pet.  Saint's right.  I am with Sasa, but that doesn't change who I am.  I just seduce one woman now.  I still wouldn't spend my time in a gym for hours.

Saint:  As long as you don't mind having a body like that pale kid from Twilight, knock yourself out. I prefer a better look.

Gabrielle:  Okay, let's move on.  How about I ask you both the same question and each of you answers it.  That will help readers know a little more about the both of you. First, what's it like being a vampire?

Vasilije:  Pure pleasure.  I can't imagine a better life.

Saint:  It's not a bad life.

Gabrielle:  Okay, next.  What's most important to you?

Vasilije:  To enjoy everything life has to offer. What else is there?

Saint:  To protect the woman I love.

Gabrielle:  I don't think I could have asked a better question to show the difference between you two.  Okay, next question.  What's more important, the future or the past?

Vasilije:  The future.

SaintThe past.

Gabrielle:  Interesting.  Okay.  Boxer briefs or tighty-whities?

Vasilije:  Pet, can you imagine me wearing tighty-whities?  Really?  I'm more a commando man.

Saint (grimacing):  Too much information from the Romanian.

Gabrielle:  Well, Saint?

Saint:  Boxer briefs, but the thought of this one only having pants separate him and me creeps me out.

Gabrielle:  Moving on.  Redheads or blondes?

Vasilije I prefer brunettes, but I haven't found a woman's hair color to be a big issue. I like them all.

Saint Redheads.  I like a woman with some fire in her.

Gabrielle:  That wasn't always the case, Saint, was it?

Saint No, but a man can see the error in his ways.

Gabrielle:  Favorite food?

VasilijeSteak.  But not because it has blood in it.  That's lame.  I just like a good steak.

SaintAnything with pasta and vegetables.

Gabrielle:  Favorite drink?

Vasilije:  As you know, Gabrielle, alcohol doesn't affect us like it affects humans, so we don't drink for any other reason than to enjoy the taste.  For me, scotch would be my favorite.

Saint:  Red wine.

Gabrielle:  Is there anything that you two aren't night and day about?

Saint:  (turning toward Vasilije) We're on the same page about killing Archons.

VasilijeSaint's right.  For all our differences, I wouldn't want anyone else standing with me against the Archons.  All that working out comes in handy when you have to do battle with your enemy.

Gabrielle:  Vasilije, I think that's the nicest you've ever been toward Saint.  Is there anything else you want to tell readers?

Saint Stick around because things are going to get exciting.

Vasilije At the risk of making this some kind of group hugfest, Saint's right.  Readers are going to love where you're taking this series.

Gabrielle:  Thanks to both of you for sitting down with me today.  I appreciate it so much.  I'm going to leave everyone with this question:  If you could ask my two heroes anything, what would you like to know?  And thanks again to Liz!
