Man, do I love the bikers. I can't pinpoint what it is, it's everything. They are rough and sexy, the heart of a lion in the body of a bear. They have the Alpha mentality, and they are dangerous. In Rough Justice, Sarah Castille delivered on every point I look for. I'm very excited to have a new mc club to follow, for sure.

Jagger is the Sinner's Tribe president. The Sinner's are a lot of ex-military guys, but now they run guns. On the whole, they are funny fellows with lots of wisecracks and comebacks. However, Jagger, as president, doesn't take part in a lot of the joviality that his men do. As the leader, he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. He is always thinking how to keep them safe, keep them alive, how to outwit and out-maneuver the rival clubs, and how to stay on top. 'Stress' could easily be his name. Jagger is a born leader, and he thrives on the control. As for my opinion of Jagger, I REALLY liked him. He excited me to no end. But of course, he suffers from the common male hero problem of not telling a woman how he feels.
"When I fuck you the first time, sweetheart," he murmured, nuzzling her neck, "we're gonna need a bed, 'cause I want to take it slow. So slow that by the time I slide my cock into your pussy, there won't be an inch of your body I haven't claimed. And when I make you come, you'll be so fucking wet and ready, you're gonna scream for me until you can't scream anymore." He pulled away and fisted her hair, testing her response to his dominance. "I want to hear that scream, Arianne."
Arianne is the daughter of a rival club member's president. The president is Viper, the club is the Black Jacks. Technically, she is a Jack. Viper and the Jacks are ruthless to the point of horror. Viper is abusive to Arianne. Where normally she would be treated as a princess, in the Jacks, she tends to be more of a punching bag. But what I love about Arianne is that even though her life is that bad, she isn't weak. She has a plan to get out with her brother, Jeff. Arianne can out-bike, out-shoot, and out-do nearly any man. She's not a delicate flower, she's a warrior. And do I like her? I sure do. She is the epitome of what I love in heroines.
"What can I get you?"
"I'll start with some of this." The Devil Dog seated beside Jagger pinches Arianne's ass.
Without hesitation, Arianne grabbed his wrist and twisted his arm behind his back. "I'm afraid my ass isn't on the menu."
Wham. Jagger thudded a knife on the table between the outstretched fingers of the biker's free hand. "You don't fucking touch her. You don't talk to her. You odn't look at her. And you sure as fuck don't disrespect her."
Through an exciting chain of events, Arianne basically becomes property of Jagger and the Sinners. Jagger has claimed her, and right from the very first look, there is heat between them. I love when our leading men are so in touch with their animal side that it is all Mine and chest beating and barely restrained control. The times with Arianne and Jagger are HOT. And when I say hot, I mean your skin is going to melt off from your insides tingling and warming up to their passionate kisses and sultry sex-capades!
But of course, there is more. Viper is a man to be reckoned with. There is also an ousted Sinner's member who is out for blood. Arianne still wants to escape with her drug-addicted brother. It's like a mountain of things all happening, and I could completely empathize with Jagger for having to deal with it all. Peoples lives are on the line, and to him, that is much more important than his heart being on the line.
I loved this book. I have a feeling this will be a series that I am going to get as soon as each new book is released. Sarah Castille writes it all well. I felt that she did her research on bikes and weapons, and it was all incorporated in a way that showed me she new what she was talking about, while not flaunting a bunch of facts. The secondary characters in Rough Justice are just as exciting and sexy as the main characters. Book two will feature Dawn, Arianne's best friend, and trust me - there is a story there (she's an ex old lady, who has something bad for a certain Thor-reminiscent Sinner). I've read a ton of mc romances, and this book is right up there with the best of them! Five stars!
